What it is
Three-and-a-half-hour hands-on kombucha class held at Casa Felini, an old farmhouse just outside the village core in Nadur. Walks through what kombucha is, the brew chemistry, the day-to-day care of a SCOBY, then everyone makes a batch together. Taste flight of several finished kombuchas afterwards. The class closes with a quiet creative drawing session. Tools, food and drinks included. Capped at a small group; the host adds participants to a brewers' community group after the workshop.
